I don't restrict myself from any kind of food. My diet motto is eat anything in moderation. And I love to exercise. My goal is to be leaner, increase endurance, and better flexibility. But if you would like you can ask me anything :)
The start of my new lifestyle. 1/2 red potato, 1/2 onion, some lean turkey kielbasa, and 1 egg all sauteed in a small amount of olive oil with a sprinkle of black pepper. Yum!
