Not going to lie, I failed eating healthy this weekend.  Here pictured is mushroom, dried red peppers, and goat cheese frittata smothered in hollandaise sauce.  Guilty pleasures right here.  Also, if anyone wants to know Shango Bistro in Buffalo, NY has the right kind of atmosphere and delightful food!

Made 2 types of pasta sauces today. This one is my personal recipe! 2 veggie burgers, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, sweet basil, crushed black pepper, and parm cheese! v.v

So I made, Low Fat Chicken Tikka Masala recipe tonight.  It was spicy wonderful goodness! Everyone should try it :)

Yummy Southwestern Chili! I used chelseaalysse’s recipe <http://chelseaalysse.tumblr.com/tagged/lunch> because it’s quick, simple, and very flavorful! I did add red onions and a smidge of plain greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream to experiment. Awesome recipe! Thanks for sharing Chelsea!

Ground chicken, carrots, half red potato, onion, lots of black pepper, sweet basil, a smidge of garlic sauce, and a dash of salt. Served with a mini pita. Nom!

The start of my new lifestyle. 1/2 red potato, 1/2 onion, some lean turkey kielbasa, and 1 egg all sauteed in a small amount of olive oil with a sprinkle of black pepper. Yum!

Bought fish oil pills yesterday. Now I’m taking vitamins and fish oil as a day~to~day immune system boost. Also retuning my food intake since I’ve been eating out way too many times.
